Frequently Asked Questions
If your Apple machine has an Intel processor and is running Parallels or Apple Bootcamp, then Fingerspelling Tutor will run.
First, determine your computer's processor type. From support.apple.com/kb/ht1531:
1.In the Finder, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu.
2.Look at the Processor line to see which kind of processor is in your Mac.
If the processor is an Intel, you will need to install Parallels or Apple Bootcamp. If the processor is a PowerPC, which is the case for most Apple computers shipped before 2005, then Fingerspelling Tutor will not run on your computer.
You need administrator privileges to install Fingerspelling Tutor.
Go ahead and click the "OK" button. The Fingerspelling Tutor will complete the installation correctly.

The current version of Fingerspelling Tutor does not require a license. You have an out-of-date copy of the software. Go to fingerspellingtutor.com/download.htm to get a current version.
Make sure that you've installed Windows Media Player and run it at least once. It's a free download, if you don't already have it installed. See windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/windows-media-player
An alternative is to install Windows XP Mode and Virtual PC. See www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc for more details. Install Fingerspelling Tutor on the virtual PC you create.
You will need to install Windows Media Player on your Virtual PC and and run it at least once.
